As of July 2023, Jesse has just completed a Master’s Degree. He obtained a Master’s of Health Sciences (M.H.Sc.) in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Toronto. His main focus during his studies was to become more knowledgeable about the use and care of the human voice.
The Golem's Mighty Swing Opens
Tonight is opening night of The Golem’s Mighty Swing, a co-production between Winnipeg Jewish Theatre and Toronto’s Outside the March. It runs till November 24th.

Jesse will be returning to Winnipeg this fall to perform in the World Premiere of The Golem’s Mighty Swing, a stage adaptation of the graphic novel by James Sturm, with puppets! The show is a co-production between Winnipeg Jewish Theatre and Toronto’s Outside the March.

Tonight is the opening night of The Winter’s Tale at the St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival in Prescott, Ontario. Jesse plays the role of King Leontes.

Jesse will be spending yet another summer at the St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival. He will be playing Leontes in The Winter’s Tale and Christian in Cyrano de Bergerac.
Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea in Cleveland, OH
Today is the first performance of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea at the historic Ohio Theatre in Cleveland’s Playhouse Square, the second-largest theatre district in North America (after NYC).

Jesse was interviewed by Radio-Canada in Winnipeg about the run of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea at Manitoba Theatre for Young People.
Opening in Saskatoon
Tonight is the opening of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea at Persephone Theatre in Saskatoon. Jesse plays the role of Jules (named after Jules Verne) the narrator and a central figure in the new adaptation of an old classic novel.
Touring in 2019
Jesse will be touring to several theatres in Canada and the United States in 2019 with the Kidoons/Wyrd Productions adaptation of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
As You Like It and Taming of the Shrew
Jesse is currently performing in his third consecutive summer at the St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival. He plays Touchstone in As You Like It and Tranio in Taming of the Shrew.
Closing Perfect Wedding
After a fantastic run, Perfect Wedding is closing at Magnus Theatre. Directed by Thom Currie, it was the theatre's best selling non-musical of the last decade.

Another Summer of Shakespeare
Jesse will be returning to the St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival for his third straight summer of performing Shakespeare by the river. He will be playing Tranio in Taming of the Shrew directed by Andrea Donaldson and Touchstone in As You Like It directed by Richard Sheridan Willis.
Murdoch Schmurdoch
Jesse will be appearing on tonight's episode of the hit Canadian detective show Murdoch Mysteries. The episode "Murdoch Schmurdoch" follows the murder of a Jewish theatre owner during a Toronto performance by the famous Jolson brothers. Jesse plays the role of Saul Levine. Murdoch Mysteries airs Mondays at 8pm on CBC.
A Midsummer Night's Dream Opens
Tonight is the opening of A Midsummer Night's Dream produced by the Chekhov Collective. Jesse plays the Athenian lover Lysander and the mechanical Francis Flute. Running till March 11th.
A Midsummer Night's Dream... In Winter
Jesse will be playing the roles of Lysander and Flute in a production of A Midsummer Night's Dream in early 2018, produced by the Chekhov Collective, a Toronto-based company specializing the Michael Chekhov acting technique.
