Biography

Jesse was born and raised in the beautiful city of Montréal, Québec. From a young age he became interested in performing and got involved with many different stage productions in Montreal's small but vibrant anglophone theatre scene.

In 2006, he chose to move to Toronto to further his training at the Ryerson Theatre School​, a 4-year acting conservatory. After earning his BFA with honours in 2010, Jesse has gone on to appear in and around Toronto on both stage and screen and has even been lucky enough to have work take him to such exotic locales as Chile and the Czech Republic.

Film and Television Credits include: Warehouse 13 (SyFy Network), The Transporter (HBO Canada/Cinemax), Canadian Made and Storming Juno (History Television Canada).

Selected Theatre: Alan Strang in Equus (Hart House); Charlie in Mary's Wedding (Brantbury Fair Co-op);  Aaron in Can I Really Date a Guy Who Wears a Yarmulke? (Teatron/Toronto Centre for the Arts); Jimmy Harper in Reefer Madness (Lower Ossington);Thumb (Prague Fringe Festival); Toulouse-Lautrec in Beau de tomber des cieux (2010 New Voices Festival); Horst in Bent (Theatre Engine); Billy Corman in Serious Money (dir. Eda Holmes), Lord Rivers in Richard III (dir. Ruth Madoc-Jones) Paris and Sampson in Romeo & Juliet (Ryerson Theatre School); as well as the role of Bemmelsman in Hansel & Gretel Losing it in the Woods, a new work by playwright Sheldon Rosen.

Voice-over work includes a role on the CBC Radio Drama Trust, INC. as well as the main voice of the educational website tropicmind.com.

Jesse is a graduate of the Ryerson Theatre School.​
